The Mudras

What the mind resists, the hands can open.

Mudras are sacred hand gestures that direct the flow of energy through the body. Used intentionally, they activate shifts in consciousness — including the financial blocks held in the nervous system, the womb, and the wound.

01

Mudra of Knowledge & Clarity

Gyan Mudra

Also called Jnana Mudra — the gesture of knowing

Gyan Mudra illustration

What It Is

The tip of the index finger meets the tip of the thumb. The remaining three fingers extend outward, long and relaxed. This gesture creates a circuit between the individual self and universal consciousness — opening the channel of inner knowing.

How to Form It

1

Rest your hands on your knees or thighs, palms facing up.

2

Touch the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb.

3

Extend your remaining three fingers straight and relaxed.

4

Breathe slowly. Let the stillness arrive before you begin.

What It Activates

  • Mental clarity and sharpened discernment — the ability to see through the wound's narrative to what is true
  • Access to inner knowing — the download before the strategy
  • Concentration and calm in the face of financial decisions
  • Reduction of financial anxiety held in the nervous system
  • Connection to wisdom already present in the body

Affirmation

"I trust what I know. My inner knowing is a reliable financial instrument. I make decisions from clarity, not fear."

Best practice: Hold for 10–15 minutes during morning stillness, before making financial decisions, or when the wound is running confusion. Use it as a reset before strategy sessions, content creation, or any moment requiring clarity over reaction.

Mudra of Alignment & Abundance

Kubera Mudra

Named for the keeper of wealth — the gesture of magnetism

Kubera Mudra illustration

What It Is

The tips of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger press together with intention. The ring finger and pinky fold gently into the palm. This three-point connection focuses energy like a lens — directing the body's frequency toward what is being called in.

How to Form It

1

Touch the tips of your thumb, index finger, and middle finger together with gentle pressure.

2

Fold your ring finger and pinky gently into your palm.

3

Rest your hands on your knees, palms facing up.

4

Sit with your spine long and relaxed. Hold your intention clearly.

What It Activates

  • Alignment with your goals, your purpose, and your highest financial path
  • Manifestation — sharpening the signal you send toward what you are calling in
  • Business clarity, leadership presence, and strategic focus
  • Attraction of the right partnerships, opportunities, and resources
  • The energetic posture of a CEO who receives what is hers

Affirmation

"I am aligned with the people, opportunities, and resources meant for me. What is mine finds me with ease."

Best practice: Hold for 5–15 minutes daily. Ideal during morning visioning, business planning, before meetings, while setting intentions, or when creating content. Use it when you need to call something specific in — a client, a contract, a breakthrough.

Mudra of Life Force & Vitality

Prana Mudra

The gesture of awakening — activating what has been dormant

Prana Mudra illustration

What It Is

The ring finger and little finger touch the tip of the thumb. The index and middle fingers extend upward, open and alive. Prana is life force — the animating energy that runs through all living things. This mudra awakens it, restores it, and directs it toward what has gone still.

How to Form It

1

Touch the tips of your ring finger and little finger to the tip of your thumb.

2

Extend your index and middle fingers upward, straight and open.

3

Rest your hands on your thighs, palms facing up or inward.

4

Breathe deeply into the belly. Feel the activation begin.

What It Activates

  • Life force energy — restoring vitality to a body and business running on depletion
  • Dormant financial power — the capacity that was always there but never activated
  • Immune strength and physical stamina for the entrepreneur who gives everything
  • Renewed energy and motivation when the wound has produced freeze or stagnation
  • The courage to move — specifically for the Frozen Wound and the Plateau Wound

Affirmation

"My life force is restored. The power that was dormant in me is awakening now. I move from vitality, not survival."

Best practice: Hold for 10–30 minutes. Most powerful in the morning before the day begins, during periods of burnout or creative depletion, or whenever the Frozen or Plateau Wound has made forward movement feel impossible. Use it to restart what has stalled.
