01

Wisdom & Clarity

Gyan Mudra

The Gesture of Knowledge

Gyan Mudra hand gesture — thumb and index finger touching, remaining fingers extended

What It Is

The tip of the index finger touches the tip of the thumb, forming a circle, while the remaining three fingers extend outward. Gyan mudra is the gesture of knowledge and clarity — it is used to quiet the mind and open the channel to discernment, especially around decisions clouded by financial fear.

How to Form It

1

Touch the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb.

2

Extend your remaining three fingers outward, relaxed and open.

3

Rest your hands on your thighs or knees, palms facing up.

4

Breathe slowly. Let the mind settle into clarity.

What It Activates

  • Mental clarity around financial decisions
  • Discernment between fear-based and aligned choices
  • A quiet mind before consultations, negotiations, or planning
  • Release of confusion held in the nervous system
  • Access to wisdom beneath the noise of scarcity thinking

Affirmation

"My mind is clear. I see my financial path with wisdom, not fear."

Best practice: Hold for 5–15 minutes before making financial decisions, during moments of confusion, or as part of a morning grounding practice.

02

Abundance & Prosperity

Kubera Mudra

The Gesture of the God of Wealth

Kubera Mudra hand gesture — thumb, index, and middle fingertips pressed together, ring and little fingers folded into the palm

What It Is

The tips of the thumb, index, and middle fingers press together while the ring and little fingers fold into the palm. Named for Kubera, the keeper of wealth, this mudra is used specifically to activate abundance and remove the blocks that keep money from flowing.

How to Form It

1

Bring the tips of your thumb, index, and middle fingers together.

2

Fold your ring and little fingers into your palm.

3

Rest your hands on your thighs, palms facing up.

4

Visualize resources flowing toward you as you breathe.

What It Activates

  • Removal of subconscious blocks to receiving
  • Activation of abundance consciousness
  • Alignment with opportunity and resource flow
  • Confidence in asking for and accepting what is owed
  • Support for the Worthy Wound and Invisible Heir Wound

Affirmation

"I am a vessel for abundance. What is meant for me flows to me easily."

Best practice: Hold for 15–45 minutes daily, especially before financial planning sessions, salary or rate negotiations, or when actively working to shift a scarcity pattern.

03

Life Force & Activation

Prana Mudra

The Gesture of Life Force

Prana Mudra hand gesture — thumb, ring, and little fingertips touching, index and middle fingers extended

What It Is

The ring finger and little finger touch the tip of the thumb. The index and middle fingers extend upward, open and alive. Prana is life force — the animating energy that runs through all living things. This mudra awakens it, restores it, and directs it toward what has gone still.

How to Form It

1

Touch the tips of your ring finger and little finger to the tip of your thumb.

2

Extend your index and middle fingers upward, straight and open.

3

Rest your hands on your thighs, palms facing up or inward.

4

Breathe deeply into the belly. Feel the activation begin.

What It Activates

  • Life force energy — restoring vitality to a body and business running on depletion
  • Dormant financial power — the capacity that was always there but never activated
  • Immune strength and physical stamina for the entrepreneur who gives everything
  • Renewed energy and motivation when the wound has produced freeze or stagnation
  • The courage to move — specifically for the Frozen Wound and the Plateau Wound

Affirmation

"My life force is restored. The power that was dormant in me is awakening now. I move from vitality, not survival."

Best practice: Hold for 10–30 minutes. Most powerful in the morning before the day begins, during periods of burnout or creative depletion, or whenever the Frozen or Plateau Wound has made forward movement feel impossible. Use it to restart what has stalled.
